Groups of 10 high-potential company influencers with a passion for learning the art and skill of leading. Participants will receive a behavioral-based leadership assessment. Monthly meetings will cover essential leadership concepts and real-life situations and planning and development of your leadership vision, insights into your leadership, and a customized leadership roadmap so you can experience more effective techniques immediately.

Month 2: The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) leadership assessment
Month 3: Insights into your and your peers’ LCP results
Month 4: Developing a vision for your leadership
Month 5: Creating an action plan for more effective leadership
Month 6: Identifying and prioritizing next steps in your leadership journey
